Customer Satisfaction
All meals are individually packed and secured closed for safety and sanitary reasons. This practice has been in place prior to the pandemic however, because of the increase of cautionary health measures, we will continue to monitor the situation and take state and federal precautions accordingly.As a regular practice, all employees will wear masks upon delivery and gloves during food preparation, changing them regularly. Be safe.
Response Time
All pack and pick up orders will be ready for delivery or ready for pick-up after 72 hours of order completion.
Deposit Policy
First-time personal clients are required to pay an initial deposit in cash or via EFT like Venmo or square cash. Pick Up and Delivery orders require a 50% deposit prior to. A 50% deposit of the Entire Order Total for catered events is required upon placing order and booking the event. Deposits book and hold the requested service date. Any and all cancellations must be made 7 calendar days prior to the service date. Food substitutions will/may be made due to seasonality and market availability. All deposits are non-refundable. There will be a 5% daily fee accrual for late payments.
Refund Policy
Phiesty Food Catering LLC does not issue refunds for food items and all deposits are nonrefundable. All prices are subject to market and seasonal availability. We will make every effort to fulfill your order as expected and will notify you of any seasonal changes at the time the order is accepted and prior to making a payment.
All orders must be paid prior to delivery or pick up. Once paid a delivery date and time will be confirmed with you.
Speed Of Service
Lead time of 72 hours is required on all orders.
